He has 30+ years of experience in geostrategy, strategic intelligence, international security, risk/crisis management, critical asset protection, and loss prevention.

It has stood out for its proven capacity in mitigating threats, risks and crises, as well as in negotiating conflicts where it has defined a proactive approach in the fight against transnational crime, international terrorism at the corporate and state level. He is an expert advisor in high-risk geopolitical operations, covering areas such as international relations, critical infrastructures, cybersecurity and human rights.

Professional in Military Sciences, International Relations and Political Studies with Specialization in National Security and Defense and in Administration of Resources, as well as a Master's Degree in International Relations. Lieutenant Colonel (RA) with more than 26 years of experience in security and risks, leading work teams in operations planning and project management. He has expertise in analysis and risk mitigation, protection of people and security of critical infrastructure. In addition, she has relevant experience in intelligence and strategic and management consulting.
He is a consultant in security, risks, border and sociopolitical issues, as well as a teacher in geopolitics, and knowledge and prevention of terrorism.

Master in analysis of contemporary political, economic and international problems, professional in Military Sciences, with 30 years of experience in security and defense as Colonel (R) of the Colombian National Army, with positions of responsibility, project management and senior management in the implementation of programs with state responsibility, based on the efficient management of resources capital and human, security of people, infrastructure and information, crisis management in volatile and high-risk environments. Certified consultant in private security and advisor specialized in strategic planning in the face of economic, geo and sociopolitical. Work areas: circular economy, security in value chains, disruptive technologies, decision-making processes, capabilities planning model, business sustainability, Diplomacy and Defense Economics.

Laura Marcela Giraldo is a lawyer, political scientist and master in government and public administration with more than 10 years of experience in disarmament, demobilization, reintegration and transitional justice processes for members of armed groups.
She has outstanding skills in the design and articulation of policies, programs and projects, as well as in the leadership of technical and legal strategies. Her experience includes monitoring and analyzing judicial decisions, inter-institutional coordination and project formulation.
Her academic training includes a Master's Degree in Government and Public Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid, a degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Government and International Relations from the Autonomous University of Manizales, and a degree in Law from the University of Caldas. She also completed a legal English program at Education First (EF) in London.
